Summary of this Tutorial:

Start by installing and activating the Post Thumbnail Editor plugin.

Then go to add a new post and add an image to the featured image area.

There will now be a link below the featured image.

Click on the post thumbnail editor link to bring up a new screen.

Now you can edit the image to suit your needs.

For older images you can go edit them directly from the media library.

Note that only the selected image sizes will be edited and your original will still be there if you need it.

Question: I have my posts displaying however when a member logs in to my website I only want them to see the posts they have uploaded, not anyone elses, Could you help with some code or a plugin I could use? I've searched online and I can't find anything, the code I found I tried but didn't work. Many thanks Thomas

Ya but….those who need this are most likely people who have images that are two big, and without a way to shrink the image to fit within the allowed crop this is useless lol. Unless I'm missing something…wish you had shown how to make a large image fit within a smaller box.
