Thân chào tất cả mọi người, Hôm nay mình xin chia sẽ đến cho các bạn món Đùi Gà Nướng Cay Hàn Quốc, công thức và cách làm rất đơn giản nha các bạn. Please join with me to make these Spicy Korean Baked or Grilled Chicken drumsticks, delicious and easy to make!
Nguyên liệu và gia vị ướp gà:
6 cái đùi gà lớn, rửa sạch, khứa 2 lằn trên đùi gà để khi ướp gà sẽ thấm vào trong
5 tép tỏi bằm nhuyễn
1 cọng hành lá phần trắng bằm nhỏ
2 lát gừng bằm nhuyễn
1 muỗng canh mè rang vàng
2 muỗng canh tương ớt Đại Hàn Gochujang
2 muỗng canh tương ớt ngọt
2 muỗng canh dầu ăn
2 muỗng canh mật ong
2 muỗng canh nước tương
1 muỗng canh dầu hào
Cho tất cả vào 1 thau lớn, ướp gà qua đêm hoặc ít nhất là 5 tiếng
Lò làm nóng trước 10 phút, nướng ở nhiệt độ 400F (205C)trong vòng 40 phút
Ingredients and seasoning:
6 chicken drumsticks, clean washed, make couple cut on chicken will help the marinate evenly
5 gloves garlic finely chopped
1 scallion white part finely chopped
2 slice gingers finely chopped
1 Tbsp toasted sesame seeds
2 Tbsp Gochujang sauce
2 Tbsp sweet chilli sauce
2 Tbsp cooking oil
2 Tbsp honey
2 Tbsp soy sauce
1 Tbsp oyster sauce
Mix well the marinate, rub all over the chicken, cover let chicken sit for overnight or at least 5 hours
Bake in preheat oven at 400F (205C) for 40 mins, you can grill as well
