Just a tip- on the chest or on the back it's harder to extract pimples because the pores naturally pucker inward when you try to squeeze them like you normally would anywhere else. What needs to be done is you need to use a pimple tool and use his chest bones to push down on and in doing that you won't get the puckering and you will actually get everything out of the pore . Im not sure if you notice but your struggling a lot you either aren't getting anything out or you do manage to get something out but you aren't clearing everything out of the pore. If you use the tool against his chest bones you will be able to get all of them and it will be sooooo much easier for you 🙂

Oh wow… Bless his heart! He has so much scarring on his upper chest area. That is alot of tiny keloid scars. I bet that makes it difficult to separate out the acne. You do good work.
Is there a process you do to soften and lighten the scarring he already has?

What type of acne is this? I watch tons of these types of videos and am subscribed to more acne channels than I can count and this is the closest I’ve ever seen to what I am dealing with an my own chest. Difference being that I am a woman! My dermatologist says there’s nothing that can be done and I just have “large oil glands” 😢

This looks like contact dermatitis or an allergen reaction, or perhaps an irritation due to body shaving or waxing. It doesn’t have the hallmarks of acne that is usually seen on the chest or back.
