Such analysis on DHA City, I have come across for the very first time to know all what has gone through this housing scheme. Many Thanks for such a candid analysis. Would appreciate, if you have another video done on BTK vs DHA City and how these two housing schemes have performed crossing lines at times and one affecting the other. And of course, how you see BTK and investment in it would grow in the next 5-7 years.
Great analysis and it was realistic view on base of current market trend and also for the future. You rightly mention that real estate investment is not for short term trade investment it should be for long term investment. Appreciate if you release and share some educational video for the one who have investment and willing to do investment in different projects like DHA, Bahria etc.

That it's essentially your 'fairness' that inspires others … Now, I can rightly claim, that I understand the Mechanics of Real Estate trade to the required extent, hence, claim to have a fair idea of Real Estate Businesses' direction … but more importantly … what I need to 'do' with two residential plots I own in DCK Sectors 3 and 7 … I bought in 2015.

Thanks Shafi bhai. you discussed market till 2021 that it'll be flat or bit downward, but what about that market trend after 2021? and second, if we want to invest in DHA city now, which item and sector will be most beneficial according to your experience and you;ll recommend to your costumers?
