Thanks Shafi bhai. you discussed market till 2021 that it'll be flat or bit downward, but what about that market trend after 2021? and second, if we want to invest in DHA city now, which item and sector will be most beneficial according to your experience and you;ll recommend to your costumers?

All Land's must given to DHA & sold to private companies like Bahria Town.
There must be more Bahria & DHA cities in Peshawar, Multan, Gujranwala , Faisalabad , DG Khan, DI Khan etc etc

Realistic analysis, u didn't show Sabaaz bagh like other dealers. But you can't analyze DHA karachi in isolation, would be better if you bring in BTK in discussion as well.

I thank you for a candid sharing your thoughts regarding DCK's past, present and future … That your lecture has enabled me to understand, what I have been needing to know, ever since 2017, namely Information, no other Realtor is willing to share with novices, like myself …

That it's essentially your 'fairness' that inspires others … Now, I can rightly claim, that I understand the Mechanics of Real Estate trade to the required extent, hence, claim to have a fair idea of Real Estate Businesses' direction … but more importantly … what I need to 'do' with two residential plots I own in DCK Sectors 3 and 7 … I bought in 2015.
